For more information you can visit Currently we are looking for our next: - Transformation Analyst **Which is the main objective of this role?** The Role is responsible to support for a Latin America Scope transition phase (80.000 employes LATAM); coordinating work planning, risk management, project governance, issues reporting, etc. and support process architecture within the project. Guarantee the OLAs & SLAs stablished with the market.- Responsible to garrantee the cuality of documentation for the Design Latin America activities and consolidate the information on time.- Interaction and alignment with Latin America SMEs **Responsibilities** **What will you be doing?**- Participate on all the transition phase (Transition Orientation, KC, KT, Knowledge transfer and Rampup)- Responsible for all the documentation of each process within the transition: Process Maps, DTP, OLA, SLA using Visio, Epiplex and Service Now.- Ensures project is delivered on time and with measurable quality results.- Creates and maintains project management deliverables for the project including workplans, project timeline, project charter, risk / issues / and lessons learned.- Contstan communication with SMEs or Stakeholders.- Creates project workplan.- Develops project schedule.- Documents project risk and issue- Establishes project change- Ensures compliance of Transition Methodology.- Change Management **Qualifications** **Who are we looking for?**- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business Management, System and/or Administration Technology Management or similar.- Recent graduates who wants to start their working in a multinational company- Intermediate/Advanced English level (writing and speaking)- Ability to analyze complex problems to find actionable solutions.- Software Knowlegde: Office 365 tools (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)- Experience in Project Management is preferred- Experience in digital companies is preferred Key Skills : - Proactive skills to ask and communicate constant with SMEs and manage cadence of meetings aligned with the project governance.- Effective Communication with SMEs- Flexibility to manage the interaction with team on different countries and across functional teams.- Work with the program manager to ensure the project is delivered on time- Strategic thinking and Results oriented- Attention to detail and strong follow-through skills- Cross functional / Matrix Networking skills- Capable of managing multiple, high-priority assignments- Adapt successfully to changing situations & environments- Determination to get things done.
