We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a

Salesforce System Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and access controls, ensuring compliance with life sciences regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GxP).
- Collaborate with IT and developers to address complex problems and escalate critical issues.
- Implement change and release management strategies using DevOps and CI/CD tools including Flosum/Copado and Static Code Analysis Tools.
- Maintain data integrity through audits, cleansing, and deduplication.
- Ensure data privacy compliance (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
- Assist with new Salesforce features, integrations, and upgrades, aligning with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct system reviews, identify process improvements, and enhance user experience on GxP and non-GxP systems.
- Document system configurations, support activities, and compliance procedures.
- Collaborate with clinical, regulatory, and IT teams to meet project needs.
- Manage system integrations (e.g., ERP, middleware) and troubleshoot related issues.
- Stay updated on Salesforce innovations and life sciences trends.

Top Skills:

- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce System Administration/Development
- Apex expertise
