Cómo Assistant Manager serás corresponsable de liderear, gestionar y desarrollar continuamente todos los aspectos del negocio de la tienda, así como de crear y mantener un ambiente de trabajo positivo y altamente productivo que se alinee con la misión de la empresa. En conjunto con el manager deveras de lograr consistentemente los objetivos de ventas y rentabilidad, los objetivos operativos y los estándares de comercialización.
- Preparatoria concluida o Licenciatura trunca
- +3 años de experiência como Assistant o Store Manager en Fashión Retail (PLUS SI ES DE TIENDAS DEPORTIVAS)
- Extraordinarias habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación, tanto verbales como escritas
- Ágil con la capacidad de manejar múltiples tareas en un entorno cambiante
- Altamente motivado por impulsar negocios en un entorno acelerado e innovador

**¿Qué te ofrecemos?**
- Sueldo base $22,000 mensuales
- Comisiones globales de acuerdo con el alcance de objetivos de ventas
