**The Opportunity**

Responsible for partnering with functional business leaders across Finance and GBS Control team at a sector level to manage end to end solutions with a DevSecOps approach. Understanding business strategies and processes to proactively recommend solutions leveraging Pepsico Global Platforms and deliver Sector Products and Capabilities.

This role performs and deliver across core IT disciplines: Relationship Management, Demand Shapping, Solutions Development and Delivery, Information Security and platforms/products Continous Improvement, Maintenance and Monitoring.

Be the point of contact for our Finance teams.

**Your Impact**

As **Sector IT Coordinator** your responsibilities would consist of
- Manage relationship between IT and business functions ensuring a single point of contact from IT (A,E)
- Propose sector IT solutions and products by leveraging Global Platforms (A,E)
- Support Business Strategy Execution ensuring DevSecOps operating model and Agile ways of working implementation (A, E)
- IT & Business capability roadmapping & Ideas generation (A,C)
- Demand shaping to orchestrate capabilities development and drive value for the organization (A,E)
- Value assessment, monitoring & reporting (A,I)
- Sector Apps/Products Planning, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, Maintenance, Monitoring and Continuous Improvement (A,E)
- Partners with all IT teams to create and deploy solutions and services, orchestrates resources and ensures appropriate business engagement and ownership. (A,E)
- Project staffing and Contractors management including AMS (A,E)
- Manages strategic functional and IT portfolios orchestrating program and projects management, communicating program/projects exceptions and ensuring alignment with the business strategy. (A,E)
- Represents business interests for operation, sustain solutions and services (A,I)

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, Engineer or related.
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Agile Mindset
- Outstanding customer service skills to direct and indirect clients/customers
- Ability to solve highly complex, politically sensitive problems across teams
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
- Management skills with the ability to make independ teams work together
- 5+ years of related IT business work experience
- Experience in CPG industry required
- Desirable SAP ERP experience
- Desirable experience in IT/Finance projects
- Desirable advanced degree (e.g. Master) or equivalent experience.
