**Real Estate Analyst**

Comerlat Hospitality is a growing real estate development company that primarily focuses on the commercial and hospitality industry. Comerlat Hospitality currently has multiple hotel development projects in its pipeline in different phases.

We’re seeking a Real Estate Analyst who can assist the Developmet Team providing valuable information regarding the prospective markets of interest. This professional will be responsible for assisting in multiple projects at once and overseeing some phases; presenting progress updates to appropriate management channels on a regular basis.

**Requirements**:

- Responsible for compiling and analyzing market data and preparing detailed reports to present to senior leadership that provide market insights across multiple locations.
- Compile information on government regulations (zoning, permits, etc.), utility data, easements, property dimensions, comparable pricing and all other relevant data.
- Review all due diligence documents and supporting information to determine the suitability and viability of specific locations.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and analyses at various stages in the development process.
- Track real estate trends and innovative development practices.
- Self-guided Internet research.
- Stay updated on relevant economic publications, research papers, and government reports to enhance analytical capabilities and maintain industry expertise.
- Monitor development in markets of interest.
- Develop and oversee risk analysis for development pipeline.
- Develop and propose market analysis methodologies for finding development sites and markets of interest.
- Proficiency in managing multiple timelines and projects simultaneously, setting priorities, and working with little or no direct supervision.
- Work with teams across business lines, in remote locations, and coordinate with advisory firms.
- Develop valuation models for each of the properties, both existing assets and investment opportunities.

**Education & Experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree with a preferred business, finance, real estate, or architecture.
- 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in Real Estate or Finance positions.
- Experienced in the following software packages: (Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Experience in report writing.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.

**Salary**: $16,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Real estate development: 2 years (preferred)
- Reports: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:
