Overview:
The Client Services Representative I will assist the Contract Analyst in coordinating the execution of site contracts. This may include running and analyzing reports, identifying delays in contract execution process, providing follow-up, and escalating appropriately in coordinating the completion of Clinical Trial Agreements. In addition, the Client Services Representative I may also draft and negotiate contract amendments. They will provide communications support and administrative support to project teams as needed.

**Responsibilities**:
Follow up with sites with regard to execution status of CTA and process fully executed agreements per the governance plan.

Follow-up with sites regarding documents needed to support timely and accurate payments including PICs, W-9s, and W-8s.

Schedule weekly reports for each assigned study and forward to appropriate Contract Analysts.

Review reports for each assigned study to identify non-responsive sites, sponsors, and/or Contract Analysts.

Review reports for each assigned study to identify UPS, site, ICON, and/or sponsor delays in the signature process for final CTAs, Amendments and Ancillary Agreements.

Draft amendments as necessary.

Demonstrates professionalism in conducting daily activities.

You will need:
Bachelor’s degree or its international equivalent

Read, write and speak fluent English; fluency in host country language required

Excellent written, oral communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Applications
