**Position**: WordPress Developer Analyst.

**Mission**

The mission of the Wordpress Developer Analyst at Fairplay is to ensure the development, operation, and effective optimization of the company's website, as well as the management of communication with key external tools, contributing to the improvement of the online presence, user experience and the achievement of the company's marketing and growth objectives.

Objetives

Ensure optimal development and functioning of Fairplay's website using WordPress and Elementor, ensuring a seamless and appealing user experience.

Manage effective communication between the website and CRM Dynamics to ensure proper and secure data flow, enhancing operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

Develop the content portal (Blog) with an SEO focus, ensuring that content is optimized for search engines and provides an engaging user experience.

Conduct technical SEO audits to identify improvement opportunities in terms of search engine ranking and loading time optimization, contributing to increased online visibility for Fairplay.

Collaborate on digital marketing projects, including tracking pixel implementation, creation of effective landing pages, and execution of A/B tests to improve conversion and overall performance.

Develop and maintain Fairplay's website using WordPress and Elementor.

Manage effective communication between the website and CRM Dynamics.

Implement and manage tracking and analysis systems.

Conduct technical SEO audits and optimize loading time.

Collaborate on digital marketing projects.

Maintain visual consistency with the Design and UI team.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

**Requirements**:
Technical Competencies

2+ years

Extensive experience in HTML and CSS.

Editing and customization of Elementor.

Integration with analysis and attribution tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking pixels.

Advanced mastery of WordPress, plugins, and custom themes.

Personal Skills

Excellent communication with all areas to inform progress and processes of the page.

Proactivity

Leadership

Self-motivated

Problem-solving skills.
