**Position**:
**JOB PURPOSE**:
The Dior Corporate Intern participates in a program designed to identify and develop future talent for the organization across functional areas. By working closely with their assigned Department, the Intern supports the organization’s short and long-term objectives through day to day administrative and long-term project work. Interns across departments will collaborate to develop initiatives to improve business results, and present plans to Executive Leadership Team.

**TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

- A key support in Marketing department with various projects and administrative tasks
- Assist with client gifting approvals and fulfillment and communicating with boutiques
- Database troubleshooting (assist with clean-up projects, updating with correct information, etc.)
- Assist store level Marketing efforts including invite lists for events, event reports, ad-hoc reports, client information capture programs and reports
- Create presentation materials for store use
- Support events through the phases of planning, organizing and execution of events including assistance with event briefs, evite briefs and event timelines
- Support with post-event recaps, data collection and list uploads
- Conduct research for upcoming events
- Support with on-site event execution and pre-event prep work
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties
- Any other tasks assigned from time to time

**Profile**:
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Must be available M-F, 9-3pm
- University student in the 6th or 7th semester pursuing a Degree in Marketing, Administration or Similar
- Advanced English level required
- Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Word & Outlook)
