**Role: Senior B2B Sales Manager**

**What You’ll Do**:

- We are looking for a high-performing Senior B2B Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team offering our transport services targeting different Airlines, OTA, GDS, DMC, Cruise, and companies.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales and revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Increase revenue with all our B2B partnerships.
- Meet your own sales target by developing strong and long last commercial relationships with OTA, Airlines, GDS, DMC, etc.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 8+ years of consistent sales performance within a travel and tourism environment
- 3+ years selling into Enterprise sized organizations
- 3+ years B2B sales team management
- Strong experience prospecting and self-generating pipeline
- Proven ability to develop champions and execute within a complex sales cycle
- Experience at a start-up or in a scrappy, fast-moving environment
- Proficient in Salesforce, HubSpot or Microsoft dynamic
- Bachelor’s degree
- Professional in English skill

**Salary range: $24,000 MXN Base salary + Up to 3000 USD kpi sales goal + high sales commission**

**Salary**: $58,461.43 - $471,769.32 per year
