**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **B2B Marketing Manager** to join our remote team. This role is ideal for a creative, strategic thinker with a passion for building and executing marketing campaigns that drive engagement and lead generation. As the B2B Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of innovative marketing strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining business customers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**: Drive and optimize lead generation strategies to increase the customer base, ensuring high-quality leads are delivered to the sales team.
- **Content Creation**: Develop high-quality marketing content, including white papers, case studies, blog posts, newsletters, and landing pages that resonate with our B2B audience.
- **Market Research & Analysis**: Conduct regular market research to understand industry trends, competition, and the target market's needs, adapting strategies accordingly.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to enhance results.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- **Brand Management**: Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all marketing channels.
- **Budget Management**: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective spending while maximizing ROI.
- **Innovation & Trends**: Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our marketing efforts.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- **Experience**: 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a remote or tech-based environment.
- **Skills**:
- Proven experience with digital marketing channels and strategies.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and other digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
- Ability to analyze data, develop insights, and drive decisions based on metrics.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- **Personal Attributes**: Self-motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
