Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams, which build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Project Manager Officer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Sr Director, Gov relations & PR the Project Manager Officer role will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects within the organization. The PMO will ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget while adhering to lean manufacturing principles.

What a typical day looks like:

- Coordinate and manage project activities from initiation to closure.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Implement lean manufacturing techniques to improve project efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
- He or she performs transfers of different models and business units.
- Interact frequently with customers and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management; frequently interact with middle management and professionals.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- BA/BS/MBA in industrial engineering or equivalent work experience.
- Advanced English level.
- Sr experience in an engineer or project position.
- Internal and external customer service attitude.
- Demonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/ processes, industries, or functions, and understanding of interdependencies of such processes at the site.
- Understands the strategic impact of the function across sites.
- MS Project and Excel knowledge.
- Finance, Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
