**OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO**

Supervisar la correcta y eficaz ejecución de instrucciones de trabajo del personal a su cargo en las áreas de envío de ordenes en comercio electrónico (E-comm), Mayoreo (Wholesale) y Menudeo (Retail) utilizando de manera óptima los recursos brindados por la empresa, asegurando el cumplimiento de las entregas a tiempo en los canales antes mencionados.

**ESPECIFICACIONES DEL PUESTO**
- Nível de Ingles: Avanzado
- Mas de 5 años en un puesto similar.
- Licenciatura o Ingeniería concluida en Logística, Administración o afín.
- Conocimiento de KPIs de Producción.
- Conocimiento de software WMS.
- Comunicacion efectiva
- Liderazgo

**FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES**
- Revisar cargas o volúmenes de ordenes en cada área Ecomm, Wholesale & Retail, y balancear los recursos para aumentar las capacidades de acuerdo las necesidades de cada área.
- Planear y establecer metas y objetivos diarios a los Supervisores, comunicando la información clara, en tiempo y forma.
- Atender los requerimientos de nuestros clientes internos y externos.
- Monitorear productividad diaria del personal a su cargo.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas de la empresa, así como las directrices de seguridad.
- Identificar problemas, implementar y sugerir mejoras.
- Asegurar el buen uso de herramientas de trabajo.
- Garantizar calidad en los procesos.
- Planear y gestionar los recursos semanalmente en base a las proyecciones de ventas.
