**Remote Growth Marketing Director **(100% Work From Home)**

**Location**:Remote from Latin America

**Position Type**:Full-time

**Salary**: $3500 USD per month

**Schedule**:9-5 pm Monday to Friday (Central time)

**Position Overview**:
The Director of Growth Marketing will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth strategy through innovative and data-driven marketing initiatives. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Director of Growth Marketing will be responsible for leading a strategy to execute multi-channel campaigns aimed at acquiring and retaining customers, optimizing conversion funnels, and maximizing revenue. KPIs will be based upon leads generated from campaigns as well as meetings booked. This position will have 2 reports - Business Development Representative to help with inbound and outbound leads and a Product/Graphic Designer.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimization and expansion, continuously iterating and experimenting to improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Oversee and manage demand gen campaigns and budgets.
- Create content teams for inbound traffic optimization.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reporting frameworks to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing regular insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Marketing Reports: Provide regular updates and forecasts directly to the CEO, develop efficiency metrics and continuously drive down CAC.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships and vendor relationships to enhance marketing capabilities and drive incremental growth opportunities.
- Consistently achieve monthly KPI targets for lead generation and meetings booked.

**Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies**:

- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a history of achieving KPI targets.
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on demand generation and/or growth marketing.
- Experience in marketing campaign development and execution.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 5+ years of experience in building, managing, and leading teams.
- Familiarity with a range of martech and analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO.
- Bonus: Experience in SaaS/tech industry.

**Salary**:
$3,500 USD / Monthly
