IT Project Manager

As IT Project Manager, you will join the IT Service Delivery department, looking after the ServiceDesk, Service Management, Infrastructure, Security, and Integrations.

**Location: Rotterdam (onsite + hybrid)**

**Travel: Europe**

Having drastically increased our European footprint in a short period, we are looking to appoint an IT Project Manager for infrastructure.

You would be joining Lineage during an exciting period of growth and innovation, with the opportunity to make an immediate, meaningful impact.

**What you will be doing**

As IT Project Manager your main responsibility will be the realisation of IT Infrastructure projects and IT integration projects.

You will make sure that these projects are completed successfully by creating a planning, ensuring the required resources are involved, overseeing the overall progress of the project and safeguarding the established deadlines.

You will be responsible for establishing a clear scope together with the project owner to make sure the project team is able to understand what is required. Based on the scope, you will also be responsible for developing and overseeing the project planning, making sure the right team members, suppliers, external resources and stakeholders are aligned and informed.

You will
- Work with all team members within IT Service Delivery and IT System Delivery and external suppliers.
- Define of project deliverables and setup project plans.
- Manage the execution of the project plan.
- Report to project stakeholders within Lineage Logistics Europe.
- Handover project results to the support organisation.

**Who we're looking for**

To be successful in this position, we need you to thrive in matrix environments and be adept at building relationships with different stakeholders. As we said, we're growing fast and that mean we're facing a lot of challenges.

We need you to be:

- A good communicator independent, flexible and customer oriented
- Able to manage project stakeholders
- Able to setup a work breakdown structure of the required deliverables to accomplish the project goal
- Able to setup a project planning with clear milestones
- Able to detect and manage dependencies within the project
- Able to setup a clear communication plan to inform all stakeholders and have clear escalation procedures
- Able to give a clear overview of the progress from the project

You will also have:

- A bachelor's degree, or at least 4 years of relevant working experience
- Good project management skills in multiple methods (Agile, Prince2)
- A good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written
- A driving license
