**SUMMARY**

In this role, you will gain experience and learn essential industry skills by assisting our team with financial analysis, headcount reconciliation and follow ups. You will help ensure our records are consistent with the general ledger. As an IT Operations Analyst, you will perform administrative duties, such as data entry, dashboard creation for the Leadership Team, and act as a gatekeeper for operations and capital budgets.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Analyze financial data.
- Check financial documents and journal entries for accuracy.
- Download the general ledger and update project workbooks every week.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Cross check headcount information.
- Perform adhoc analysis.

**JOB SKILLS**
- The ability to be discreet when handling sensitive financial information.
- Detail-oriented.
- Willingness to learn.
- Ability to replicate a process from tutorials and guidance, becoming independent after the learning curve.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Assertive communication.

**PREFERRED**

Background in Corporate Finance or Accounting.

Experience with data visualization and analysis apps. (Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, etc)
