**A leading Tier 1 automotive company is seeking a Supply Chain Manager.**

**Job Authority**:
The individual has the authority to halt any operation or activity that poses a risk to product safety or any aspect within the organization, immediately notifying the relevant areas according to the organization’s escalation plan. They have the authority to make changes to shipments, negotiate delivery schedules, or adjust production plans based on client requirements. They can stop a suspicious shipment that may affect the quality or safety of the cargo. They may request increases or decreases in shipments and adjust supplier shipments as necessary. They will organize warehouse personnel as deemed appropriate and restrict access to unauthorized personnel in the warehouse to safeguard inventory integrity. They may make modifications to packaging or restrict misuse of packaging.

**Responsibilities**:
The manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with internal and client requirements through effective material and production planning, ensuring that packaging is sufficient and meets necessary standards to avoid affecting product quality, and maintaining complete control of the warehouse, including ERP maintenance, process efficiency analysis, and measurement for SAP system control. They must be capable of creating future statistical analyses and developing forecasts.

**Activities**:

- Coordinate, plan, and implement strategies for efficient management of the area.
- Monitor and ensure timely deliveries to clients, develop accurate production and material planning to avoid increased costs due to delays, and ensure proper storage to achieve reliable inventory.

**Entry Profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is desirable.
- Knowledge of IATF16949, ISO 14001, CSR, and business English.
- 5 years of experience as a manager in the Tier 1 or Tier 2 automotive industry.
