**What you will do**
We are seeking an experienced Material Fulfillment Specialist (Purchasing) to join our growing team This individual contributor role will report directly to the Senior Manager, Component Planning & Purchasing. This job will include:

- Own on-time placement and creation of Purchase Orders for our Cienega, MX site for all purchased parts.
- Obtain vendor confirmation of Purchase Orders placed.
- Review and action past due requisitions and purchase orders.
- Own Maples invoices for the site to drive on time payment.
- Improve purchasing process at the site and integrate into SAP

**How you will do it**
- Utilize SAP, Lean DNA and other site processes to identify purchase requisitions to convert to POs inside the release window.
- Collaborate with site fulfillment and vendors to ensure the purchasing process supports site requirements.
- Drive purchasing best practices to ensure vendor’s PO confirmations are loaded into Lean DNA.
- Become a process champion of Maples and lead a cross functional team to solve invoice issues driving on time payment.
- Proactive review of data and use of analytics to ensure driving process improvement.


**What we look for**
- Bachelors degree and minimum 3-5 years of functional experience.
- Functional experience in purchasing and vendor fulfillment.
- Functional experience within ERP systems (SAP).
- Functional experience within manufacturing operations or purchasing organization.
- High-energy, curious learner.
- Data-driven, analytical problem solver.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).
