Job details**Employment Type**:Full-Time**Location**:Cienega de Flores, Nuevo Leon, Mexico**Job Category**:Supply Chain & Procurement**Job Number**:WD **Job Description**:**What you will do**:Execute daily Import and Export operations for the assigned plant with a focus on Customs Compliance**How you will do it**:Control the arrival of materials to the warehouse of the Customs Agent abroadValidation of commercial documentsReconciliation of arrived components vs. documentsPreparation of customs documentsProvide technical information obtained from other departments for the correct tariff classification of goods and/or request special import permitsPoint of contact between the Customs Agent and the service plantFollow-up of the customs clearance process, from loading, crossing, and arrivalValidation of import and export declarations, as well as their reconciliation and upload into the Annex 24 systemManagement of the customs system (Annex 24)KPIs with Customs AgentsReview of Expense Accounts**What we look for**:RequiredBachelor's degree.Minimum of 2 years related experience.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Sense of urgency.Multi-taskProblem-solving skills.English 80%Proactive**Preferred**:SAPVasteraKnowledge of R8 and Procedures in VUCEMSATInterpretation of Bill of Materials
