- Supporting and implementing infrastructure projects.
- SAN specialist (brocade)
- Provide the first level support to the storage area.
- Incident Attention
- Perform problem escalation with vendor support
- Realization of Reports on the Use of SAN Fiber connection ports
- Take knowledge transfer of new technologies for area of operation
- Stay updated on new technologies and attend courses and trainings with different vendors
- Reception of new Projects
- Follow established processes based on ITIL
- Ticket opening for change and incident management (Remedy management)
- Responsible for a properly accomplished of processes and company methodology.

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive experience with Operating Systems Administration.
- Basic knowledge of ESXi Shell and VMware System.
- Extensive experience with SAN/NAS file servers and backup processes.
- Desirable knowledge of storage on EMC, IBM, Fujitsu, Pure Storage and Netapp9
- Advanced experience managing SAN (BROCADE)
- Advanced experience managing Storage Systems (multi-brands)
- Knowledge of structured cabling
- Intermediate knowledge of NAS
- Knowledge of storage infrastructures, multivendor
- Storage virtualization knowledge.
- Knowledge of local and remote replica.s
- Knowledge of Snaps, clones.
- Troubleshooting.
