We are looking for a UX Researcher who can design and develop user-centered research tools, to get a better understanding of what they might need, discover innovation opportunities, and help translate findings into a friendly product.

Ux Research with special care of details, data analysis and accurate interpretation to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in the study of user experience and user research.
- Deep understanding of the financial market, technology and fintech industries is a plus.
- Experience building out Research repository.
- Prior experience in developing a UX research framework is a plus.
- A digital portfolio that describes the research process and shows your work.
- Experience building research tools: Surveys, interviews, contextual inquiry, competitive research, SWOT analysis, task analysis, Analytics, Card Sorting, Usability testing, A/B testing.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies.
- Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research.

**Responsibilities**
- Conducting User Research.
- Analyze and synthesize User Research findings and provide actionable insights to the product team.
- Research planning.
- Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to understand research needs.
- Build a research repository.
- Design UX research tools.
- Develop budgets and schedules for research projects.
- Testing user interfaces in a test or dev environment.

**Skills**
- Be passionate about all things in user experience and other areas of design and innovation—research and showcase knowledge in the latest trends and technologies.
- Have an open mindset to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
- Self-management to conduct an UX research project from beginning to end.
- Ability to organize and document the work process.
- Capable of analyzing and synthesizing information.
- Always visualize the big picture of the product or feature.
- Proactive towards innovative research and learning new things.
- Empathy towards the needs of users and within the work environment.
- Good spelling. English B2-C1.
