**HR Shared Services Sr. Specialist**
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Bilingual in English & Spanish is required.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience within Tier 1/Tier 2 HR shared services for a large, complex organization, across multiple sites and countries
- Strong knowledge of information systems and HR-related information technology including Workday HCM
- Bi-lingual in English & Spanish or Portuguese is strongly preferred
- Solid Microsoft Office 365 skills, including advanced excel proficiency
- Bargaining unit knowledge and experience supporting a unionized workforce preferred
- High level of attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle highly sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity; ability to exercise appropriate judgment.
- Deeply curious about problem solving, finding solutions, and challenging status quo when appropriate

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure day to day execution of Workday HCM, including all data management actions, organization changes, and data quality monitoring for the Americas, from hire to retire.
- Maintain and validate data including, but not limited to: new hires/terminations, transfers, salary/wage changes, benefit deductions/changes, work locations, tax jurisdiction set up.
- Manage file feeds and technology bridges for all data transfer/interfaces.
- Provide tier 1 shared services case management support within defined SLAs.
- Coach employees and managers through queries via self-service, including redirection to appropriate sources of information.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) on tier 0 (self-service) and tier 1 document management, including maintaining and updating the HR knowledge base.
- Contribute to procedure maintenance & creation for assigned scope of work.
- Support training of employees on Workday HCM processes to promote end-user adoption at employee/manager level.
- Support data quality audits and initiate additional data quality audits to mitigate errors/issues.
- Complete all scheduled reporting and creation of metrics.
