The Koch Global Manufacturing & Operations Support is focused in contact internal customer and IT team members in America, Asia and Europa

**Our Team**

We have the exciting opportunity to hire a Manufacturing & Operations Application Specialist Senior to join a skilled platform team.

**What You Will Do
- Provide or lead efforts to resolve complex & time critical L3 support incidents within the agreed SLA's
- Code and and deploy Opcenter enhancement and bug fixes
- Provide guidance and support to users including diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving any Opcenter (MES) issues
- Lead or perform root cause investigations and MES changes/updates
- Train Junior L3 & L2 or other IT team members on Opcenter MES technical suppor
- Develop / Modify reports report design as per business needs
- Escalate unresolved reporting Issues to L4 and the delivery manager
- Entity relationship data model updates
- Communicate configurations/ customizations to technical team
- Responsible for providing functional, technical and data administrative services

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- 3+ years working with MES systems.
- 2+ year working with Relational databases and SQL

**What Will Put You Ahead**
- 2+ years working Siemens Opcenter Execution Core (Camstar)
- 2+ years of object-oriented Web development using Java/C#.NET (Strongly Preferred)
- 2+ years of experience as a senior systems analyst, database administrator, or other IT management experience
