Segment Sales Specialist

**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:
- Drive orders growth within the defined region for the XXXX segment, working alongside the territory sales team
- Lead prospector for assigned segment - generate, pursue, and convert leads
- Manage lead and opportunity funnel for new accounts within the segment, casting a wide net and driving the conversion rate
- Maintain existing customer base with a high level of satisfaction, expand potential at current customers and capture new business through prospecting & target accounts
- Displace competition at target accounts and grow market participation

**For This Role, You Will Need**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or the equivalent training
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business, preferably in a business-to-business sales environment and in the industrial/manufacturing market
- Technical knowledge in electrical or mechanical industries
