**Responsibilities**:

- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

- Troubleshoot and resolve computer and network problems, including installations,

configuration, and ongoing usability of desktop computers, peripheral equipment, and

software.
- Set up new workstations, including hardware and software installation, and provide basic

user training when necessary.
- Maintain IT inventory, including tracking and managing computer equipment, accessories,

and software licenses.
- Assist with the maintenance and upgrade of systems and networks, including

troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- Perform system backups, software updates, and routine maintenance to prevent IT issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or external vendors as needed.
- Document procedures and technical resolutions to contribute to a knowledge base.
- Follow security protocols and maintain a secure IT environment.
- Other duties as assigned

Requirement:

- Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or

a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience in providing technical support or IT help desk experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and common hardware and

software troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts (LAN, WAN, routers, switches).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot a variety of technical issues.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical

users.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity best practices is a plus.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- 31300, Chihuahua, Chih.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
