**Associate Marketing Onco-Hematology (Fixed Term - 1 year)**:

**What you will do**

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will play a crucial role in the success of our brands, and you will be an important teammate in the Onco-Hematology Franchise (this is a temporary 1-year contract).

**Responsibilities**:

- Drives motivation of sales force towards brand aspiration (cycle and launch meetings)
- Complement & implements Country Brand Plan in full congruence with International Brand Plan.
- Designs and implements promotional activities (detail aids, message scripts, advertising, congresses, etc.) in line with international branding and key messages.
- Translates/implements international brand campaign locally.
- Analyses market research and develops POA.
- Partners with the Medical Affairs Manager to optimize the brand performance (goals of clinical trials, KOL development, etc.)
- Recruits and handles external vendors.
- Identifies business opportunities and develops business cases.
- Help to manage all elements of the product launch process including value proposition, development and execution of go-to-market plans from the internal readiness.
- Coordinate regular launch team meetings, publishing notes and action items to team members.
- Work with the team to develop sales and partner training and any additional materials and information vital to aid the Sales teams in optimally.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree Or
- Associate’s Degree and 4 years of similar position in an international environment
- High school diploma / GED and 6 years of experience similar position in an international environment,
- Fluency in English, both oral and written communications.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years in a big pharmaceutical company.
- Detailed experience in Oncology area and success in gaining or maintaining market leadership position.
