General Manager

A General Manager is responsible for improving efficiency and increasing departmental profits while managing the company’s overall operations. They oversee several elements in a business, including hiring staff, operating budgets, formulating overall strategy, managing people, and establishing policies.
To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive while ensuring our profits are on the rise.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Design strategy and set goals for growth
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses.
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
- Oversee training of new employees
- Direct the employee assessment process
- Prepare regular reports for upper management
- Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
- Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors).
- Must be aNative English speaker and have prior experience as General Manager preferably call center._
**On-site Job in Torre cosmopolitan zona Rio. Tijuana.**
Growth opportunity with salary base (Starting) and monthly bonus by production.
