- Early Engagement between Prototype/Development and production to guaranty high success level: Manufacturing Readiness Review- Designs, Reviews and Approves strategic document for production: Package records, PCRs.- Identifies Opportunities to achieve and improve company metrics: NPI cycle time, NPI success rate.- Floor Shop Control to make smooth new product introduction: Negotiates capacity allocation and engineering support:
