Mechanical Design Engineer Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:
Lead a team of mechanical design engineers in the development of innovative pumping solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet technical requirements and manufacturing standards.
Manage design projects from concept to completion, including design reviews, testing, and implementation.
Implement best practices for design documentation, including GD&T standards and engineering drawings.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to optimize designs for production efficiency and product quality.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in mechanical design and pumping technology.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design engineering, preferably in the industrial equipment or pump industry.
Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and GD&T principles.
Experience managing a team of design engineers and leading design projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
