**Profile**:
Knowledge about SW development environments.
Knowledge about Agile Methodologies (SCRUM/Kanban), as Product Owner for a development team.
Experience in IT administration and service tasks.
Experience with Jenkins, Jfrog Artifactory, Jira, Confluence, Git/Gerrit.
Experience in the following is mandatory:
- DevOps Tools
- Linux/Windows
- AWS
- Kubernetes
- Docker
- Monitoring Tools (Grafana)
- Scripting
Knowledge in the following is preferred:
- Build Automation Tools / Packages
Deep understanding of the IT Service Management Processes.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with strong customer focus
Excellent business communication skills.
Must be willing and/or able to work flexible working hours
Minimum of two (4) years working experience in DevOps and support role is necessary.
Experience leading people towards technical and strategic objectivess Integration (CCIF). You will support our worldwide distributed Research & Development (R&D) team in case of incidents, requirements and changes for our toolchains.
