**Job Title**: Key Account Manager (B2B SaaS)
**Location**: Mexico City (CDMX) - Hybrid
**Experience Required**: 3+ years managing strategic B2B accounts, preferably in SaaS
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**About the Role**

We are looking for a **strategic and client-focused Key Account Manager** to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with experience managing high-value B2B client relationships in the SaaS industry. You’ll be responsible for driving long-term account growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and building strong partnerships with key stakeholders.

**What You’ll Do**
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, acting as the main point of contact for client stakeholders
- Understand client needs deeply and align our SaaS solutions to their business goals
- Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and renewal strategies
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver a high-impact customer experience
- Monitor account health, engagement metrics, and client satisfaction
- Provide regular updates, forecasts, and insights to the leadership team

**What We’re Looking For**
- 3+ years of experience in key account management, customer success, or B2B sales
- Proven ability to retain and grow large accounts in a consultative, value-driven manner
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills across multiple levels of client organizations
- Experience working with CRM and account planning tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Proactive, analytical, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Based in or willing to relocate to CDMX (hybrid work model)

**Nice to Have**
- Experience in SaaS, or tech sectors in Latin America
- Background managing mid-market or enterprise accounts
- Familiarity with customer health tracking and success planning tools
