**About the role**:
In today's fiercely competitive marketplace, achieving creative excellence across all touchpoints is crucial. We are seeking a executional Generative AI Designer, experienced in the Beauty & Skincare sector, to join our dynamic team.
- **Excel** in high-volume adaptation, ensuring compliance, consistency, and competitiveness.
- **Execute design projects** from brief to completion, collaborating with creative team to deliver media-ready assets within client's brand guidelines within agreed timeframes and to high standards
- **Integrate automation and AI**, to revolutionize content creation and adaptation for iconic beauty brands

Ultimately, as the Gen AI Designer, you will create visual content, collaborate with the creative team, and ensure designs align with project objectives and brand guidelines.

**What you will be doing**:

- Work with internal team to develop briefs and execute work for new assignments
- Support the team in the delivery of final media ready artwork files
- Work with internal teams, account and creative to ensure continuity of delivery within agreed timeframes and to high standards
- To work with clients to ensure their briefs and amendments are interpreted and executed accurately, to proactively deliver excellent customer service and maintain the highest quality of design output
- Mentor juniors to facilitate their development, including but not limited to their creative and technical skill, to increase productivity and enhanced staff morale
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GenAI trainings and changes in best practises & technology, both in terms of platform, art tools, and new techniques

**What you need for the role**

Experience & Expertise:

- 3-5 years of experience working as a designer in an advertising agency, in-house creative services group or design firm, preferably in Beauty & Fashion
- Creative experience with generative AI preferable

Skills, Abilities & Approach
- Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate requirements
- Ability to actively listen & work effectively within a fast-paced team environment
- Good interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with team members
- Organized, detail oriented, stays cool under pressure, and relationship builder

Technical Proficiency
- Proficient in Adobe Workfront, Microsoft 365, and related software.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other creative tools
- Experience in Gen AI tools and asset
