**ROLE MISSION**: Integrated Designer**We are looking for an Integrated Designer to join our fast-moving creative team. In this role, creating, as well as adapting a variety of work for our newest Clients.**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE**- Work alongside the creative team to concept brand ideas that come to life in social, digital, traditional, and instore.- Stay on top of all trends and maintain industry best practices- Lead the team in the delivery of final artwork files for print and/ or digital- Produce and QA multiple print files to client and printer specifications- Work with internal teams, account and creative to ensure continuity of delivery within agreed timeframes and to high standards- Work with clients to ensure their briefs and amendments are interpreted and executed accurately, to proactively deliver excellent customer service and maintain the highest quality of design output**WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL**- 3+ years of experience working as a designer in an advertising agency, in-house creative services group, or design firm- Experience with workflow/project management and DAM platforms- Experience in Microsoft Office and SharePoint- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and be resourceful in a fast-paced environment- Extremely comfortable with quickly shifting/changing priorities- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, ability to take concepts through to completion - printed piece or digital publication- Strong executional skill with Shopper Marketing, point of sale material- Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate requirements; ability to actively listen- Strong typography skills- Good interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with team members- Proven ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team environment- Organized, detail oriented, stays cool under pressure, and relationship builder- Experience working in highly regulated industry**A Little Bit MORE About Us**:MORE is a global production portal, part of Inside Ideas Group.
