**Objetivo del puesto**: Brindar consultoría para mejorar volúmenes de producción para las dos plantas de motores de Stellantis Saltillo. El objetivo está enfocado en optimizar procesos para aumentar la eficiencia y la capacidad de producción y disminuir costos de transporte aéreo y terrestre.

La consultoría está enfocada en aplicar la metodología Black Belt y la solución de problemas de procesos para determinar la causa raíz de los problemas de calidad así como la causa de los rechazos en las pruebas de proceso e implementar acciones correctivas eficaces por el periodo de 6 meses.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.

- 7 - 10 years of experience

  • Leading and implementing process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality. Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to identify and execute projects that drive continuous improvement, reduce defects, and optimize processes.
  • Experience training and mentoring in six sigma principles and tools, providing guidance and support.
  • Experience analyzing data and conduct statistical analysis to identify root causes, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Experience using statistical software and tools to gather, interpret, and analyze data, uncovering patterns and insights that inform decision-making and process optimization.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, standardize processes, and drive organizational change.
  • Six sigma certification: certified black belt, mandatory.
  • Red X Master certification, is a plus.
