**Key Responsibilities**:- Design and deliver a comprehensive training program on Lean Six Sigma, from Yellow Belt to Master Black Belt level.- Conduct TQM and 5S training sessions, focusing on quality management and organizational efficiency.- Assess and certify team members at various belt levels of Six Sigma.- Mentor and coach employees throughout their Lean Six Sigma training and projects.- Collaborate with different departments to identify process improvement opportunities and implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies.- Track and report on training progress, providing feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in process excellence and training.**Qualifications**:- Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with a proven track record as a trainer.- At least 5 years of experience in training and mentoring in Lean Six Sigma within a BPO or similar environment.- Strong understanding of Kaizen, TQM, and 5S methodologies.- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.- Proven ability to lead workshops and engage participants.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.- Demonstrated experience in project management and process improvement.
