What role will you play as a member of the Colgate's Information Technology team?

**What you will do**:

- Understanding concepts of business processes, industry practices, and technology in Finance area.
- Interacting with global and or regional Finance business partners to understand business processes and gather business requirements.
- Teaming up with cross-functional categories in IT to understand end to end processes and solutions touchpoints / integration.
- Maintain production systems reliability through correct utilization of GIT standard support and Governance processes.
- Support day to day business requirements according to Colgate Global SLA.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with GIT peers, business partners, customers and external resources.
- Participate and contribute in special projects or initiatives such as institutional programs, committees, and others.
- Coordinate/collaborate in the implementation of medium and large size projects globally or across the division.
- Coordinate activities of internal and/or external resources according to project needs.
- Adhere to global governance, project steps & documentation.
- Ability to independently connect with business to understand the requirement and recommend a suitable solution.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, Financial or Accounting
- English 80%, desired Bilingual
- Over all 3+ years on IT role developing, configuring or supporting SAP FICO
- Knowledge on SAP FICO (SAP Finance and/or SAP Controlling )
- Project coordination and work collaboration with IT and business resources.
- Strong oral & written communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms
- Ability to adapt and work effectively with a variety of situations, technologies, individuals and cultures.
- Ability to build a collaborative environment and trust.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems logically
- Ability to troubleshoot and identify root cause
- Should be flexible and adaptable to new technologies

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- A good understanding of Finance business processes in the area of credit-to-cash and record-to-report is desired. Functional knowledge on order-to invoice processes is a plus.
- Knowledgeable in programming in SQL, ABAP, SAP FIORI, JAVAScript, HTML or equivalent is desired
- Knowledge on SAP Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM)
