No Relocation Assistance Offered - Del.Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City, Mexico**Associate Business Process Analyst****What role will you play as a member of the Colgate's Information Technology - Financial Planning & Analytics team?****In this role you will be collaborating with global Finance business, GIT teams and business partners to design, develop, implement & maintain our planning and analytical solutions.****What you will do****Support Finance Planning activities globally****Support global Analytics Initiatives****Work closely with cross functional teams****Analyze, research and resolve requests submitted by the business, using existing technologies and ensuring the solution is aligned with divisional goals and GIT strategies****Refining assets based on feedback, ensuring their continuity of accuracy and functionality****Building interactive and complex data visualizations using complex datasets from different sources****Adapt user experience design concepts to create visualizations that provide meaningful and relevant experiences to users****Stay updated with the latest technological advancement. Adapt to these changes by self-training and research work and evaluate how / where it can add value to the business****Effectively communicate project and work related information to the team****Ensure compliance of GIT governance practices****Required Qualifications****Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Engineering****Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT role****Effective Operational Proficiency / highly proficient in spoken and written English****Experience with Java Script****Knowledge of data management fundamentals and data storage principles****Strong oral & written communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms****Able to adapt and work effectively with a variety of situations, individuals, and technologies****Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems logically****Preferred Qualifications****At least 1 year in finance planning experience****Experience of working with cloud data warehousing / Big data environments like Snowflake, Bigquery, Google cloud storage is a plus****Experience in different visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, Sigma, Domo, Data Studio etc.****Working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases****Experience with Data flow, Data Pipeline & Workflow management tools: Airflow, Luigi etc.****SAP BW or SAP SAC knowledge is preferred**Equal Opportunity EmployerColgate is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, marital status, veteran status (United States positions), or any other characteristic protected by law.Colgate-Palmolive is a leading global consumer products company, tightly focused on Oral Care, Personal Care, Home Care and Pet Nutrition.
