**Job Summary**:
Responsible for coordinating all functions of a focused factory (New Product Introduction, +QDCI, In-sourcing, Customer Satisfaction, Employee Satisfaction, Employee Performance, Supply Chain Performance). Responsible for partnering with Value Stream Leader to drive profitable growth for Value Stream. Generally supports multiple-site Focus Factory or has site responsibility for Focus Factory location.
**Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**:
- ** Safety**: Responsible for safety and environmental issues within the focus factory.
- ** Quality**: Accountable for quality across three phases:
- Incoming supplier quality
- Internal quality (manufacturing processes)
- External quality (customer satisfaction and finished goods)
- ** Delivery**: Ensure 95% or greater target compliance while working to reduce lead times to customers.
- ** Cost**: Drive continuous improvement across the value stream to achieve month-over-month cost reduction.
- ** ABS Leader**: Use and mentor others in ABS tools to support continuous improvement (e.g., Kanban, Standard Work, 5S, SMED, TPM).
- ** Innovation**: Constantly seek and implement innovative ways to improve processes.
**Skills and Minimum Experience Required**:
- ** Education**: At least Bachelor Degree (Masters Degree is appreciated)
- ** Language**: Fully Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- 5 years in leadership roles in manufacturing
- ** Emotional Intelligence** Build trusting relationships by accurately perceiving and interpreting emotions and behaviors, ensuring responses align with core values and deliver meaningful results.
- ** Strategic Influence** Develop and execute influence strategies that secure commitment to ideas and persuade key stakeholders to take action that supports shared interests and business objectives.
