_**Nepanoa has partnered with our client on their search for a Quality Manager**_- **Summary**_The Quality Manager role focuses on ensuring product quality and compliance within the automotive industry. This position involves managing a team, implementing lean methodologies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Quality Manager will ensure products meet customer expectations, adhere to industry standards, and optimize processes for quality and efficiency.**Key Duties and Responsibilities**- Lead and supervise a quality team, providing training, guidance, and in-floor presence to maintain high levels of performance and engagement.- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.- Develop and implement quality control processes, monitoring quality from raw materials to finished products.- Conduct regular audits and inspections, addressing customer complaints, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance quality and lead improvement projects.- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess quality performance.- Present quality trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement to senior management.- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, especially IATF safety regulations.**Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.- 10+ years in quality management roles within the automotive or metal-mechanic industry.- Experience managing teams of at least 10 people with proven achievements in team-building and leadership.- In-depth knowledge of quality management standards and methodologies, including IATF, ISO/TS 16949, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing.- Strong focus on quality management, process optimization, and customer satisfaction.- Familiarity with IATF safety regulations.- Advanced English proficiency.**Language**:- Inglés (preferred)Work Location: In person
