Miller & Miller is a respected U.S. consumer bankruptcy law firm based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with a growing legal operations office in Guadalajara, Mexico. We specialize in Chapter 13 and Chapter 7 bankruptcy and are expanding our professional legal support team in Mexico.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Draft and file Chapter 13 bankruptcy plans and amendments
- Review and respond to Motions for Relief and Motions to Dismiss
- Monitor ECF filings daily and process court documents
- Support Mortgage Modification Mediation Program (MMM)
- Submit vehicle purchase and student loan requests through bankruptcy plans
- Track court deadlines and ensure accurate documentation

**Required Qualifications**
- Bilingual English/Spanish advanced
- Paralegal or Legal Assistant experience
- Bankruptcy knowledge (Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 preferred)
- Excellent customer service and communication
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Guadalajara

**Preferred Skills**
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- Legal drafting skills in English
- Paralegal Certificate or Legal Studies degree
