We are a **U.S.based law firm** expanding our team in **Guadalajara** and hiring a **Bilingual Paralegal / Legal Assistant** to support our legal operations. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist attorneys with legal documentation and case preparation
- Draft and review forms, motions, client communications, and reports
- Manage client case files and data entry with accuracy and confidentiality
- Communicate professionally with clients in English and Spanish
- Support administrative and legal procedures as required

**Requirements**:

- Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- 1+ year of experience in legal assistance, administrative roles, customer service, or bilingual positions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Guadalajara
- Comfortable using CRM or case management systems (a plus)
- Previous experience in the legal field is preferred but not required
- Has experience working with U.S. companies or clients
- Thrives in a professional and team-oriented environment
- Is proactive, reliable, and eager to grow professionally
- Learns fast and is capable of handling confidential information
- Enjoys helping clients and solving problems
