**Requirements**:

We offer:
Weekly Pay: Starting salary $5.00 USD per hour with a Pay increase plan.
1. First evaluation. 30 days. If the employee meets a criteria of at least 1 qualified appointment per day the employee will be entitled to a raise of $1 USD per hour to earn $6.00 USD per hour.
2. Second Evaluation. After 90 days of previous increase, you are entitled to a second evaluation. If you meet the criteria of 3 appointments per day you will be entitled to a salary increase of $1.50 USD per hour to earn $7.50 USD per hour.
- Paid Holiday Days off (US). Minimum of 30 days tenure to be eligible.
