As an OPERATIONAL ANALYST, you will provide Service best practices of Incident, Problem and Knowledge centered support. In Operations Analyst, you will gain a broad understanding of the existing systems and technologies, inter-relationships and business processes so they will have a reasonably clear understanding of the current state.

This Job is located in #LI-Remote within Mexico and will report to Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**
- perform work at the second level of analysts.
- Analyze, troubleshoots, and resolves system and hardware alerts.
- Work with cross-function teams of IT professionals to troubleshoot these systems.
- Escalates important issues.
- Support team globally

**Qualifications**
- English written and verbal communication skills, including ability to work with customers throughout the organization. (B1 CEFR)
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience
- 1 or more years’ experience Operation Services
