**Operations Analyst**:

**Resumen**

Minu is a fintech company where we strongly believe that we can improve the financial health of millions of people in Mexico.

One of the key teams to achieve this goal is the Operations team. This team is in charge of finding and executing solutions to all the situations that our customers might encounter when using the services of the minu app, ensuring an incredible experience.

As an Operations Analyst, your role will be to provide the ops related analysis required to support the operation of the company, as well as to support the operations to optimize processes to that enable minu's growth.

**What you'll do**
- Perform quantitative analysis regarding collections
- Monitor and deep dive on team's KPI's performance
- Perform ad hoc ops related deep dive analysis
- Support operations team on the definition, implementation and optimization of processes
