We are looking for a talented **Site Customer Quality Assurance Engineer** join our team specializing in **Quality** for our **CUMMINS in San Luis Potosí, S.L.P.** **Key Responsibilities**: - Before in service issues - Act as a contact to the customer site level - Leads OEM customer issues and follow up through 7 steps, 8Ds and/or supplier corrective action requests, nonconforming material reports. - Leads containment activities at OEM facility. - Field issues - Analyze warranty issues for new products. - Liaison between plant and service support team. - Leads through 7 steps, 8Ds and/or supplier corrective action requests for field issues escalated by service support team. **To be successful in this role you will need the following**: - Engineering Bachelor Degree - Advanced English Level - Experience Requirements - OEM customer contact - Advanced English communication - Problem solving methodologies (8Ds, 7 steps, 5Whys, FTA) - IATF 16949 - Core Tools (FMEA, CP, MSA, SPC, APQP) - Experience Preferences - Green belt certification - We are a company dedicated to promoting diversity in the workplace, we provide equal employment opportunities regardless of race, gender, disability, national origin, age, religion or sexual orientation_ **Qualifications** " + Visa and passport preferred, but not required **Responsibilities** **Competencies**: - Communicates effectively - Customer focus - Manages conflict - Advanced Product Quality Planning - Measurement Science - Problem Solving - Production Part Approval Process - Project Management - Quality Systems Management - Statistical Foundations - Values differences - Quality Influence - Quality 4.0 **Job** Quality **Organization** Cummins Inc. **Role Category** On-site **Job Type** Exempt - Entry Level **ReqID** 2413369 **Relocation Package** Yes
