Take your next step and support us as a **SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER**.****DESCRIPTION**- Evaluate the supplier’s performance to meet the customer quality targets- Oversee the industrialization of electric and electronics components- Work along with suppliers to meet all needed activities and avoid deviation- Review supplier manufacturing processes and identify potential issues- Participate with supplier in the different events: Pre-series, series, capacity check, ISIR, buy offs and Q-checks- Perform on-site supplier visits for root cause analysis and follow up / validation of actions- Carry out supplier qualification and requalification on time- Detect and promptly inform about potential risks- Gather information and ensure all documentation is uploaded into the corresponding platforms- Participate actively in regular meetings to provide status to top management and project reviews**REQUIREMENTS**- Bachelor´s degree in Industrial engineering, Mechanical engineering or related- ** 5 to 7 years of experience** inside the Automotive Industry with knowledge in quality, quality systems, quality assurance, and manufacturing processes **(electric and electronics components)**:- ** Experience with product/process audits according to international standards (VDA, IATF16949 and/or ISO 9001)**:- ** Strong knowledge of Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA**:- ** Good knowledge of quality processes and quality tools**:- **Good knowledge of measurement techniques, GD&T**:- Certified Quality auditor under ISO 19011 or VDA 6.3 (desirable)- Handling of KPIs and reporting- Gather of technical information, lessons learnt, concepts and customer requirements- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (lean manufacturing)- Willing to travel within Mexico- ** Fluent English****MAKING**IMPOSSIBLE****THINGS POSSIBLE****WITH YOU**JazzHr Privacy PolicyDm6nByEas3
