Join the HPE Complete team in developing revenue relationships with industry leading data-centric Software Partners to provide customers with end-to-end data infrastructure and data services solutions sold and assured by HPE. This is a rapidly growing business with an expanding portfolio of products and solutions we are bringing to market.
**How you'll make your mark**:
- Responsible for managing end-to-end order flow and fulfillment of HPE Complete Partner solutions to customers
- Supports overall business operations for Partner product offering including, quoting, cost relief, order process flow, royalty reconciliation and invoicing
- Supports Product and Program management in maintaining currency of Partner offering through product life cycle management governance
- Manages engagements with Supplier Partners as Operations lead for the relationship.
- Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
- Develops and reports on key operations metrics to monitor performance of Supplier Partners.
- Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives
- Applies expertise to identify, develop and implement process improvements.
- Drives integration of new system capabilities and initiatives into order flow operations and activities for improved efficiencies.
**About you**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent.
- Typically 5+ years experience.
- Excellent knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office suite.
- Thorough understanding of HPE order processing systems.
- Experience designing and implementing process and improvement frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, statistics, organizational and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Mastery in English and local language.
- Excellent multi-tasking ability.
**Impact/Scope**
- Typically interacts with high-level Individual Contributors, Managers, Directors and Program Core Teams.
- Frequent engagement with cross functional teams internally and with Supplier Partners
- Supports global processes.
- Support projects in tracking deliverables across multiple internal functions and with external partners.
