**Misión**:
Responsible for the management of purchasing, negotiation, marketing, and logistics. Planned, organized, and coordinated activities related to the procurement area, acquisition of goods, and acquisition of various items for the company. Contact and interview local and international suppliers to negotiate purchase contracts to ensure efficient supply and gain a competitive advantage in sales. Also responsible for the administration and profitability of assigned merchandise categories. Additionally, plan and implement sales and marketing plans based on sales performance and market evaluation. Set pricing lists, discount percentages, delivery timelines, and budgets for sales promotion campaigns, as well as sales methods, incentives, and special campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage purchasing processes, negotiations, marketing, and logistics.
- Administer pricing lines and profit margin ranges.
- Manage inventory based on production demand.
- Conduct supplier and merchandise analysis.
- Establish assortment standards regarding cost, brands, styles, etc.
- Maintain an updated supplier catalog.
- Foster excellent business relationships with suppliers to ensure collaboration and service.
- Secure a preferred position with suppliers.
- Negotiate terms, discounts, benefits, returns, and various conditions with suppliers.
- Adhere to the negotiation ethics policy.
- Generate purchase orders and general documentation.

**Perfil**:
**What You Need to Join Our Team**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in English (80%).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with management systems.
- Service-oriented mindset.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- High degree of responsibility.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Planning capabilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Capacity to clearly and concisely specify procedures, analysis, and indicators.
- Experience with MRP (Material Requirements Planning).
- Supplier negotiation.
- MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) purchasing indirect materials.
- Sourcing expertise.
- Understanding of PPB (Purchase Price Variance) and freight costs.
- Finance skills.
