Daily review of banking transactions
- Revenue recognition and issuance of sales invoices
- Recognition of expenses and management of invoices to suppliers
- Bank reconciliation
- Monitoring and recording of accounts payable (telephone services, electricity, lease, etc.)
- Monitoring of accounts receivable with the operations area.
- Review and scheduling of payroll and state and federal taxes
- Daily report TPE, accounts receivable estimate
- Monthly closing of accounting, file integration (invoices and identification of payments and collections.)
- Follow-up on doubts and clarifications with Accountant
- Preparation of Business overview
- Review of SOA amounts with TPE
- Follow-up upon request for information or contracts with TPE
- Update of fiscal and administrative documents requested by the operations area (Proof of Fiscal Situation, Compliance Opinion, bank

covers, proof of address, etc.)
- Support in administrative procedures (review of employment contracts, support in procedures with banks and suppliers)
- To cooperate with the company's job relocation or organizational expansion, proactively share and teach work experience and content to colleagues who will take over the job or join the same job content
- Any work content described above must be completed in a timely manner with a corresponding system key-in specified by the parent company - Dolphin Logistics Supply Chain Management Taipei.
- Any task given by direct supervisor(s) that is not unproportionally against one's general working content nor against any law and/or company's common Benefit.
- Working hour is every Monday to Friday, from the hour of 0800 till 1700.
