**Job summary**

The Sr Consultant role is pivotal in enhancing business operations through strategic insights and process improvements. **Responsibilities**
- Analyze current business operations to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Develop strategic plans to enhance operational workflows and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and make necessary adjustments.
- Provide expert guidance on optimizing business operations to achieve company objectives.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategy development.
- Ensure alignment of operational strategies with overall business goals.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities and understanding of new processes.
- Oversee the integration of new technologies to streamline operations and improve productivity.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a strong background in business operations with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrate expertise in process optimization and strategic planning.
- Have excellent analytical skills to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Show proficiency in using business intelligence tools to support decision-making.
- Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Hold a bachelors degree in business administration or a related field.
- Experience in a hybrid work environment is preferred.
