We are currently seeking a **Site Logistics Coordinator **, reporting directly to Materials Manager to join our team based in Ensenada, Baja California Mexico.

**About the Job**

Executes and follows up Logistics operation/coordination
- Day to day management of logistics
- Vendor logistics coordination of heavy haul transportation
- Support observance of site safety program
- Provides transport cost and man-hours estimation and reports
- Executes methods and means of Transportation as guided
- Prepares and issues specifications, Invitation to Bid, Negotiation documents, and Service Orders
- Contacts suppliers and coordinates pick-up operations based on the loading/shipping plan for each shipment
- Issues the issue of import-export documentation, together with the Administration Department when necessary
- Checks that Forwarding Agent transfers the necessary documentation (including certificate of origin) to the clearing agent abroad
- Issues and updates the Shipping Notice to the various parties involved and sends a separate set of shipping documents to the field

**About You**

We’d love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:

- Technical diploma or relevant degree/ diploma
- Experiences in: 3 years of experience on management and coordination of complex logistics schemes
- Languages: Fluent English
